Kiersten is an accomplished entrepreneur and results-driven talent connector with a unique ability to match organizations with candidates who align seamlessly with their culture. With experience across a diverse range of sectors, including private start-ups, non-profits, and Global Fortune 500 companies, she excels in full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and the development of tailored in-house services that address specific client needs. Kiersten is an active member of Ottawa Tourism and the HRPA, and serves as the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives on the Executive Committee of the Women Business Network.

Nina Kressler, ICD.D
Nina brings over 30 years of senior management experience across various industries, including hotels, convention centers, food and beverage, and gaming. With a strong background in both B2B and B2C sales, marketing and operations, she has successfully led teams in all areas of the hospitality and corporate function.
In 2019, Nina earned her ICD.D designation and currently serves on multiple influential boards, including as Director for Ottawa Tourism and Chair of both Ottawa Tourism’s Finance Committee and the Convention Centres of Canada. She is also the Chair of the Tourism Industry Association of Canada. At Kressler Recruitment, Nina is responsible for driving client acquisition, managing client relations, and overseeing the client onboarding process.
